Announcement re compensation for uninsured customers of Porter Davis Homes and other liquidated builders
The Victorian Government has extended the Customer Support Scheme to Porter Davis Customers who paid 3% tender stage deposits. The Scheme has also been extended to customers of other Victorian builders that entered liquidation between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2023 and did not take out Domestic Building Insurance (DBI) on their clients’ behalf. The Customer Support Scheme is managed by the Department of Government Services.
