VMIA has offered domestic building insurance for Victorian builders and owner builders since 31 May 2010.
DBI policy wordings detail the terms, conditions and exclusions relating to domestic building insurance policies.
When a DBI policy is issued it will include a policy schedule which sets out the specific terms applicable to the certificate of insurance issued.
The policy wording (terms and conditions) and the Certificate of Insurance (policy schedule) should be read together to fully understand your DBI policy.
To obtain a copy of the policy wordings applicable to your policy please see below.
Check the date your DBI certificate of insurance was issued. There has been a number of policy wording revisions.
